¿Te cuesta hablar por teléfono con clientes? Sobre todo cuando se trata de vender, puede ser todo un reto.
Hemos cogido un vídeo popular sobre el tema y extraído frases y vocabulario que pueden ayudarte.
Vamos a trabajar primero las frases y el vocabulario.
Cuando nos presentamos por teléfono, empezamos diciendo «This is [mi nombre]» Seguramente te resulta raro decir «Este es Iván», pero ésta es la manera de decir «Soy Iván».
Si le llamas porque alguien te ha referido a esta persona, puedes usar la expresión «Nathan asked me to give you a ring«. Nathan me pidió que te diera un toque (por teléfono).
To give a ring – (coloquial) llamar por teléfono
To give you a hand – (coloquial) echarte una mano, un cable
I would love to – me encantaría
I would love to help you – me encantaría ayudarte, ayudaros
