‘A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush’
Literally it means that one bird you have is better than two birds you don’t have. We use it to describe a situation when it looks better to accept what you already have instead of taking any risks to pursue something else.
In Spanish you have the similar expression:
Más vale pájaro en mano que ciento volando
