Mike, when you attended our last virtual meeting yesterday, I noticed that you were somewhat absent-minded. At several points during the course of the meeting, the team noticed that you were checking your phone and having a paralel discussion with someone not in the meeting. When that happened it made the whole team feel like you don’t care enough about our project, and it puts under question your commitment to this team. How can I help you to change that?
